Thank you for shopping with GlowPage. Below are the terms and conditions that govern the delivery of your order.

1. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver all orders within 8–11 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location

2. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Aramex Store to Door.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

4. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Load shedding or logistical disruptions

GlowPage will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will always assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered parcels

  • Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order

6. Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier:

  • We will assist you in tracking your shipment

  • Claims for lost parcels will be handled in line with courier investigations

We do not guarantee replacement or refund for parcels marked as successfully delivered by the courier.

7. Delivery Confirmation

A parcel is considered delivered when:

  • It has been signed for at the delivery address, or

  • Marked as delivered by the courier tracking system
